Our time in Playa Mujeres was so, so sweet- thank you for working out all the details of the trip and finding us such a beautiful spot!! Everything ran so smoothly- from the flights (seats next to each other too!), to the taxi ride in Cancun, to the hotel check-in, to the special treats left on our bed! We felt like royalty, and we just can’t thank you enough for all your hard work and preparation on the front-end. The resort was gorgeous too- clean, excellent service, variety of things to do, tasty food. I mean…I could go on and on about our honeymoon. It was a dream. THANK YOU EMMA!!

Our trip was WONDERFUL! Everything was perfect for us – paddle boarding, sailing, snorkeling, FOOD, drinks, high quality views with a not-so-crowded resort ((I think there might’ve been a total of 30 people staying there)). Seriously, you’re the best for giving us the gift of not having to worry about anything for our honeymoon! We will 1000% let you send us back to Golden Eye 🥰

We had a fabulous trip with no worries or stress. Emma’s suggestions for excursions were excellent. She was proactive in sending our excursion tickets a day in advance and always available when we had questions. This was our first trip using a travel agent and we will definitely use her again in the future.
The experience at the Sanctuary was one to be remembered. Booking through Major Traveler made the entire traveling experience easier and more fulfilling. The staff at the Sanctuary made us feel super welcomed. They knew our our names, celebrated our marriage, and did a bunch of little things well to make the experience so awesome. The breakfast buffet was legit, the newspaper service, and coffee were huge perks every morning. The Jasmine Porch restaurant was our favorite dinner with a fantastic menu and very romantic setting. We ate Christmas dinner at the lobby bar where they had festive music, a beautiful tree, and great service. Pair the great food with renting bikes, walking around the hotel, the easy access to the beach, and the close drive to town made this a trip we won’t forget.

There's nothing like waking up on your honeymoon in Portugal to news that the US was closing its borders due to the spread of COVID-19... We quickly checked our phones to see what to do next and were amazed and relieved to see that @majortraveler had already figured out the details and assured us a safe return home. Not only were we able to continue our trip as planned through the Douro Valley and the island of Madeira where we experienced all of the fine food, wine and culture that Portugal had to offer; but we also rested at ease knowing that @majortraveler was taking care of everything needed to ensure our safe return despite all of the growing uncertainty with global travel. Our flight home ended up getting canceled during our last day abroad. @majortraveler immediately jumped in to help and spent hours on the phone with Delta to re-route our flight plans home without affecting out itinerary. We had a great trip and couldn't have gotten home safe without her. I don't know when we will be able to safely return to Europe, but I hope it is soon because I would go to Portugal again in a heartbeat thanks to @majortraveler's great recommendations.

Emma was so helpful in planning our trip to Deer Valley after COVID-19 got in the way of our original plans. From the lodging, car rental, "things-to-do" and "must-see" recommendations, the guidance was so appreciated and we felt like we truly made the most of our trip because of this. It is not a "book it and forget it" process with Emma. She helped us stay organized during planning, with logistics in the days leading up to the trip and sent us a perfect treat to kick off our stay when we arrived. We are repeat clients and can't wait to travel to some of her other "Heaven on Earth" recommendations.
Everything about our honeymoon was completely lovely and Emma made the planning process so simple. She curated a perfect mix of hotel and activity options within our budget so that all we had to do was choose what we wanted to do and show up there. We wouldn't have changed a thing! She was available leading up to our trip and during to help with every question or adjustment we threw her way. My husband and I arrived in Paris after our wedding having done little to no preparation on our end and still had the sweetest and easiest travel experience thanks to all of Emma's coordinating. I don't think we'll make travel plans again without consulting her first!

Planning a wedding during the current COVID-19 pandemic was so time consuming that when it came time to plan our honeymoon, my fiance and I didn't know where to start. We were worried about traveling during COVID and such a weird time but Emma did such a great job updating us on travel regulations and regulations at our resort.
